HKCGI Sustainability Governance Academy Launches New “From Policy to Practice: Sustainability in Action” Video Series

The HKCGI Sustainability Governance Academy is delighted to announce the launch of its new video series, “From Policy to Practice: Sustainability in Action”. This series aims to provide practical insights into how organisations are implementing sustainability governance in real-world contexts.

Our inaugural video features Ms Angel Sze FCG HKFCG(PE), Company Secretary, Fosun International Limited, sharing valuable strategies for engaging employees in ESG initiatives. She explains how company secretaries and governance professionals can spearhead ESG management through holistic engagement activities, including ESG Culture Week, the ESG Ambassadors Programme, and integrating sustainability into performance appraisals.

The series offers various viewing options with full-length and key takeaway versions available in both English and Chinese, ensuring accessibility for all professionals in our community.

Unlike our previous Q&A series, “Sustainability in Action” focuses on showcasing proven implementation strategies from practitioners at the forefront of ESG initiatives, offering governance professionals practical frameworks they can adapt to their own organisations.
